Ummm.  I don't know what to make for dinner.  I've got one hour to come up with something.

Update

What did you end up making?  Hamburger Helper the Lasagna Cheese one.
Was it good?  Actually yes.
Have you ever made Hamburger Helper before?  Once, I think like 6 years ago.
How many ate it?  Everyone but Roman.  He spit it out.
What else did you serve?  Corn and red grapes.
You're feelin' really good about this dinner blog aren't you?  Yes, it totally  has motivated me to make dinner for my fam.  And when it doesn't go well, I have a place to gripe.
Well, everyone wants to know what the heck you did for dinner before if you didn't make it. Simple really.  It's called Meals in Moments and Dinner's Ready.  I ordered meals from them for the past 4 years.
You mean you used to go and assemble meals at Meals in Moments and Dinners Ready?  Heck no.  I did the pick up service for a few dollars more.
Well, then why don't you use Dinner's Ready anymore?  Because we got tired of the meals and we can't afford it anymore.
Oh, I'm sorry.  Me too.

one hour or else what?
You know what makes a easy/cheap/"fun" dinner?
Breakfast. Seriously, my mom used to do that (pancakes, yogurt, juice, etc.) I used to love that and think it was like my freaking birthday or something.

Great suggestion. Sometimes we do have french toast for dinner. For some reason Bella doesn't like my pancakes. We eat the Krusteaz kind. We go through two boxes a week. We also go through two boxes of french toast sticks a week. I personally love omlets but I don't know how to make them. I also don't know how to steam vegetables. Really. Being the fourth kid I was pretty much neglected.

Bella and Jason need to get together for breakfast, he doesn't like pancakes either, but will eat Waffles (i don't get it either), but for the longest time, I couldn't eat maple syrup without wanting to hurl, so I always ate it with that fruit syrup (like the kind they have at iHop). Also a good "fun" dinner (entertainment and dinner in one!) is make your own pizzas. The little pizza crusts you can buy (or even english muffin pizzas), let the kids load up (try having them make "daddys face" with olives and tomatoes). Almost as fun as chuck e. cheese, but less migraine inducing (I always have to load up on Aleve after we take a trip to chuck e cheese's.)

My DH LOVES pancakes and I hate them. Although he is so picky and will only eat his mom's home made kind. For some reason they are so much better than the mix and easy enough to make he can even do it:
1 c flour
1 c milk
1 egg
1 T baking powder
1 T oil
